5. Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
6. Placing bets using bots or automated software.
7. Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

Baazilive reserves the right to close accounts, forfeit balances, and take legal action against anyone involved in any of the above activities.

Baazilive may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false or incomplete registration information is found.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• In the event of an account holder's death (family members may contact support).
• Extended inactivity for 12 months or more.

Users may close their own account at any time. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal (excluding bonuses).

Baazilive is not liable for the following:

• Bets or game progress lost due to internet disconnection.
• Password theft or account hacking resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Losses caused by third-party software or device issues.
• Financial losses from betting or gaming – betting always carries risk.
